Repeat Prescriptionsmedication7

Patients on long-term medication who have been approved for repeat prescriptions by their doctor can re-order in a number of ways:

  • In person - drop your computerised repeat slip in the box provided having clearly marked the items required. Request forms are also available at reception.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • Online - via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.
  • Via a chemist - local chemists can also request on your behalf if you have made the necessary arrangements with them.

Housebound patients only can order by telephone by calling during surgery opening hours.

Please ensure that you have sufficient supplies for 3-4 days left when you put in your request.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

48_hoursPlease allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
